A change of pace

Very chilled song, I love the limited palette you used/
I'm instantly taken into the moment, anything can happen ...

At the start make some of the bass/low notes play/fade a little bit longer, to fill up the space, just the begining - from 01:00 onwards it's just perfect.
Beautiful.

( I think it should be longer, it deserves a chorus/ with drums and bass or something. )

Nitrocore responds:

Thanks for the review!, and I appreciate your comments. I'll see if I can do more to it / fill it out without ruining it. Thanks for listening and once again for the review.

Heart's Chambers

Beautifull stuff...I just wish it was a tad longer, but since it's an opening/intro I can't complain.

Thankyou . Going to finally make the music, I have always wanted to make . I finally discovered it . I have to be able to place the notes at a 30 LPB . I already made a loop for everyone, called AA - Horizon 46 seconds long . So, until then, farewell everyone . ^_^

In my dreamz

Not bad. I like your melodies. The drums could use some work, reinforce some of the notes with cymbal shots or something. Also, adding another part will make it a much more complete song.

bboyflash responds:

Thank you!!! :D I will work on it more, this one took 30 mins to make.

The Gifts of Phunky Spirits

Hehe, you put a smile on my face. THis takes me back to the 80's for some reason.
Would be cool if the drums had a little more to do , if I was playing this live I'd go absolutely crazy on some parts, fills, kick, cymbals = phrasing like crazy...
Nice solo at the end.

Ashes

Ashes // creating a concentrated testimony, and because it's short it's almost like a memory of he past( or vision of the future ), bits and pieces are missing ( only because they are not important ) and youre left with the parts that matter.
On the musical side of things, this would work well as a incidental score for a film.

AphoticAthanasy responds:

Why thankyou . ^_^ Yea, it is short, and yes it was that of visions and whatnot when I imagined it, I wasn't going to add footsteps, and the helicopter taking a minute to land . LOL

Am I Zef Yet?

Very kool, you've got your own style, and you take no prisoners = the best way to create something original. Quality track. The only thing I would work on more is the drums, music/melodies are spot on, drums just a little too doef doef for me.
I'm not too keen on hardstyle myself, but this is great - you are zef indeed.

Gravey responds:

Haha! Glad you enjoyed the tune bud. It's definitely something out of the ordinary for me.

Thanks.

Mechanical Defeat

Really cool AA, this my favourite track of yours ( so far )
It's something else, and even though it's rather short, it still packs a punch.
Not many people would be aware of the transhumanist agenda yet, but you created a fitting backdrop for an endgame ( whenever that might be )
What's that saying, "the world will end not with a bang but with a whimper..."

AphoticAthanasy responds:

Thanks, :3 . Glad you liked it, I am glad to see that this is like 4.05 . Makes me so happy . <3 Looking forward to seeing more reviews of yours ^^ ;'

nommer tien

Always enjoy listening to your songs yagru. You keep it simple, and there's always something beneath the surface that gets my attention.
/the bass could do with a slight boost, esp when the kick is playing.

yagru responds:

took me forever to figure out what nommer tien meant LOL.

thanks fo da review mah frieeennn

Change my mind

Nice work... there's still a lot you could do to this song/post production
I think giving some more space to your mix would be a good idea, could just be my speakers though...

Vocals add some spice to the song but I think theyre too far back in the mix, bring them up a bit...
Also, the reggae vibe is great, but I think the bass needs more definition, along with the drums. Taking away some of the filler at the start of each new bar/section/riff will bring out the other instuments more.
Well, that 's my opinion.
All in all, great track Soreblack

oh! thanks a lot, any advice is welcome, for i am no expert, but im learning every day!!! thanks again!!!!

Paseo de la burra

This is a great cinematic track, it reminds me of all the old spaghetti westerns, poor old donkey carting supplies up the hill, somewhere in the distance the civil war rages on...
All the elements here are in place, the guitar playing is great. It's been on my playlist for a while now...

acmeDyne responds:

Thanks! I think I might try some more stuff in this style. "Paseo de la burra" is a much better title- I wish I had thought of that!
